  • No. Everything needed for a day of fishing will be provided: bait, tackle, and fishing licenses.

    Rods and reels are carefully selected and maintained for peak performance. We provide exactly the right tool for the job.

  • No, we absolutely love taking families with kids fishing. However, we do have a minimum age of 18 for shark fishing trips.

  • If the Captain decides the marine forecast is unfavorable for fishing or the sea conditions are unsafe, the boat will not leave the dock. We will make every effort to reschedule the trip. If we are unable to reschedule, a refund of deposit will be given.

  • Camera, Hat, Sunglasses, Sunscreen, Food and Beverages. The weather in Maine can vary so be ready with warm clothing/rain gear, sneakers or comfortable shoes that can maybe get wet and a little dirty.

  • Yes, we just ask that you drink responsibly.

  • Impossible. Although we have a very high successful catch rate, there are times when it just doesn’t happen.

  • Yes! Fish that meet the legal size and retention limits may be kept. They may be fileted and packaged to take home with you.

  • Captain Chris knows where to find calm waters protected by the coast on windier days however if you are prone to motion sickness, the motion of the ocean can sometimes get to the best of us. We suggest being prepared with a doctor recommended anti-motion sickness medication.

  • The marina has an ample parking lot. Please just be sure not to park in the spots designated for the restaurant or sale/service department.
